Hello All,

Ran across this program.  Didn't find it posted here.

Free and very useful.  Did I mention free?   :D

Enjoy!

Thanks for the link, George.

I downloaded Envisioneer-express and tried doing some of our simple cottage models using it but could only get it to do a hip roof in three slopes.

Hi John,

I haven't played around with the roof feature as of yet.  But it has been great moving walls, doors, windows, etc. around.

Take care!

Like most of these simple home design programs (3DHA and others) they are best used as a floor planner. Full building modeling, and the production of usable construction details, requires a serious commitment of both time and money.

Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

Envisioneer is a pretty darn good program for the price - around $800 IIRC, but EVExpress is a sample freebie so not one to expect too much from.
