I am interested in Web type flor trusses.  I like the idea of being able to run all the utilities thru them without cutting any holes.

Has anyone priced these?

I would be looking for 20' trusses that would span the entire 20' I would not want to have to have a beam in the basement?

Yup, got a price for some last week $4800 for the floor system,
but that would not be your floor  :D
They need to be designed and priced per job.

   Was that 4800 for a 20 x 30?

No, I was being a little flip, it was several times that size. There is one area supported by a $2000 27' free span steel girder. They were deeper than structurally neccessary to allow for ductwork inside the webs. The ones we have made are custom per job from the truss shop so they have to do some design work to shoot me a price. That type cannot really be generically priced, I got that estimate, passed it through to the client, they approved it, we'll check basic design with the trades and then work through final design and price when the foundation is in place. So I guess what I was saying is the best way to get an accurate idea is to have a sit down conversation with the folks at the truss plant. But... there is another type of open web that I have not used that is more generic, they are a trimmable end open web joist. They would work for a situation where the bearing is on the ends and the loads are all uniform and "normal" (no cantilever support, etc). I do feel they are a competitively priced floor and have alot going for them. We can get longer, stiffer spans using them besides the ability to snake alot of the trade's work through them easily.

When I first started Building in june of this year a 16" x 20' web truss was $60.00 from my local truss company
