Well in my youth I enjoyed...Capture the Rich man.
But soon discovered that some men cheated.....

Peter what I find here w/ bear hunting is that they are not suppose to swap out the dogs during the chase. Put fresh dogs on after the tounges are hanging out of the first team but they do.  Then there are some that use this time to test whether the dogs are good or bad.  The bad ones they remove the collars and leave behind.  They wonder near the house or on the road to be picked up. It never happens.  If he has a collar or tracking collar he will be picked up but for those without they are left to defend for themselves.

The bear hunters around here are pretty low lifes.  Even the local rednecks don' like them.  Track their dogs with the GPS collars and shoot the bear.  Dog doesn't perform or wanders off and they find it -- they shoot the dog.

Stink -- you know the old saying --- follow the money...so you tried a little gold digging, eh?

The real catch is the poor guys --- they are used to working hard.  Lots of stamina. ::)

I'm tired and was reading this without my glasses...LOL

I jumped (in my mind) from the man hunters to the bear hunters...ha ha ...seemed to be almost the same thing (from my experience).

They hunt cha down and then finish ya off ! The poor bear is run down untill he has no fat (money) left...then he's killed and the hunters are off to find another FAT bear.

That was life in the fast lane..... :(

Mr Glenn, I did say that was something I did in my youth.
I discovered that I wanted quality and not quantity. I have that now.

Good girl, Stink.  I'm glad you managed to restrain yourself.  :D

Not sure if this should be posted under "Flyfishing", or "What's for dinner".

This pic was taken on Breakneck Brook. My older brother severely fractured both bones in one lower leg (tibia & fibia?) here and had to crawl out on his own, about 2 miles. No cell phone reception there. We went back the following year to visit the scene of his accident. But we ate very well that day!  ;D

Looks good to me.  We did that in the high Sierras one time -- cooked them in foil with butter over a wood fire so they got a bit of smoke.  Yummy.

In that same area -- maybe same trip, we tried to catch the brookies on flies but they didn't want them.. We found that they would bite great on a flower that grew beside the stream there - looked like a light purple daisy.  That was their downfall.

Stink told me to get in here :)

Here's the url: http://flyflicker.com

We're right now "beta testing" (i.e. we want people to tell us what's broke and what could be better ;) )

Thanks!

I know a few of you were interested in updates. I've been quite buzy of late improving the code on the site. Still a ways to go to get it where I want it :)
