We brought home 7 that are already in brine for tomorrow's smoking.  It was a good day...

That's one thing I really miss about being away from the mountains. >:(

They usually don't stay around long enough for us.  Had a neighbor give us 9 Rainbows on Thursday.  Devired half with fried potatos and ramps that night.  Doesn't get much better than that.
