MMmmm     We have a neighbor who cooks the most wonderful things.  :)Best of all she loves to feed the neighbors too at special holiday times.  She brought over hot Potato and Apple Latkes, plus some Plum Sufganiot. 


That's 2 different Latkes, not mixed in one.

My wife makes awesome sweet potato latkes.  Sometimes that'll be the whole meal.  Never had sufganiot, but from the google explanations I found it sounds great, and very much like our Danish tradition of ableskiver.  Shalom aleichem.
