Yes, we have fun getting carried away with the artwork. :)

We put our three Indiana John movies together on a dvd, complete with a brand-new mini-adventure, bloopers, behind the scenes, etc. My sister Mary is having a giveaway on her blog, and you'd make our day by joining the fun!

Indy 3 will go online pretty soon, we're still tying up some loose ends with the internet version.

Cool, Andrew and family.  Possibly after work this week I'll check out the giveaway and what I can do about helping.

And on Amazon... great.  :)

I know... It doesn't matter that we'll never sell a copy, it's just cool that it's there. :)

Actually, Andrew, I have to disagree with you on that......

You already sold a copy.  I buy stuff from Amazon every week or two because I have Prime and get free shipping as well as not having to pay tax to the People's Republic of California......

I can't guarantee it won't be the only one but you guys do such a good job on this stuff I thought my grand-kids would enjoy seeing it, besides, I want to see it too. :)

Silly Kid... somehow you need to send us some autographs to put with it... maybe sign a paper and take a pix of it and send it digital, eh? :)

Sounds like a lot of work for some crummy autographs... :) Oh, I should have mentioned... If it's not too much bother, and in the event that you purchased a copy, we would get a higher percentage of the sale if you go through this e-store: https://www.createspace.com/302193 It'll still ship through amazon.

Forgive me Adrew for I have sinned.

I am a lazy guy and I ordered it with one click on Amazon.

Maybe the next few thousand will go through Create Space.  :)

For your penance you must write one glowing comment on the product description page, whether you like it or not. :)

Hmm.. A few thousand.. Maybe I don't want that many people watching me put on a terrible British accent with a fake mustache...

Wow!!!  Just watched your entire DVD - incredible! Indiana John & the Field of Deception was all & more than the trailer had me geared up for.

I'm just amazed how you get all the camera angles & how you even think of them.  Totally enjoyed every feature.

You all look like you're having so much fun.  Everyone did a great job.   [cool]

So when's your next film coming out?

Thank you! We do have a lot of fun.. Sometimes it's a lot like work, but very rewarding.

...Next film? We're open to ideas. :) What do you want to see a bunch of kids do? I'm thinking of maybe taking a break from the action and trying something more, I dunno.. Feel-good, funny, inspirational.. Something like that. We'd like to work on our acting more.

Andrew, I think it was outstanding.

Possibly I did a no-no linking to CP so not sure if it will go as posted below - If not I will edit it, but here is what I posted for a review - subject to their review....

Well if that doesn't drum up sales, nothing will... Course, most people will naturally assume that we paid you to write that, or that you're closely related... :)

Seriously, you shouldn't have had to pay for your dvd....

Just telling the truth as I see it, Andrew.  While I know you did not post this as a sales promotion, I do like people to be aware of your work and be able to see it if they want to.  Thanks for keeping us informed.

My review should post to Amazon by tomorrow night but.... I may have to revise it to remove the link to CP before they will allow it.  I read their terms after submitting it.

I wouldn't have felt good about getting a free one after all the unseen work that went into these videos.  Loved the bloopers and extras.  That really made it worth it.

I was a bit worried that the mustache may fall off though.  [ouch]

It was great seeing the video of the inside of the vertical log cabin as well as a small bit of the house.  Very nice and ....what I have come to expect from you.... :)

Any ideas of production time or hours per minute of movie etc?
If any of your troupe ever makes it to California, our place is a mandatory stop.... [waiting]

We had fun making that short in the cabin, but our camera's pathetic low-light was the last straw for us after struggling in there and that's when we got the panny..

Production time vs. screen time, eh? ... I try not to go there. ;D On a long afternoon of doing action stuff, we're pretty happy if we come away with 5 minutes, and editing time really varies depending on the amount of chroma-keying that needs to be done, the quality of the recorded audio, etc.. I usually edit in spurts and I'm always tweaking and fighting with the computer, but I'm sure it's at least a good 5-10 hours per minute by the time it's all said and done, color-corrected, scored, and converted. I don't really care for all of the computer time involved...

Yes, I'm already planning to drop by the next time we're in the neighborhood. ;)

No worries about the mustache, that double-sided tape is aggressive stuff.. What little natural follicle activity was going on there came off with it afterwards..

We'll have a big barbecue...especially if the whole family shows up with you...... :)

Sounds like fun.. And a chance to see real mountains, too.. We could make a really cool movie! You could be Indiana John's..... uncle? Or would you prefer the role of his new arch nemesis? You could chase him around with all of your heavy equipment... ;)

Our family's homestead adventure blog; sharing the goodness and fun!

glenn kangiser

I could chase him around with the grapple opening and closing on the Bobcat... It looks scary to a little human on the ground while I am up in the operators seat..... don't ask me how I know.....

If he has to kill me.... make it quick and painless..... [waiting]
