Courts of law deliberately decline to hear arguments on clearly written letters of the law.  Like the exact post you just made.  It is usually considered a waste of the courts time if the law is so plainly written and clear.  They are called frivolous lawsuits.  The people that bring them are usually sanctioned in some way.  The law is not a conspiracy.

What is interesting is that this has been the law since almost the beginning of the country. The precedent was set in one of the first acts of congress defined "the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.""

The equal protection clauses of the constitution giving women the rights of citizenship instead of being property would extend that.  Yet some people still don't consider women to be much more than property.

Gotta add my few pennies to the mix....it is all moot. Does not matter what anyone thinks. We are better served, imo to learn how to store, plant and gather food. Stock pile it along with guns and amo. When this country falls, and there is a good chance it will. We need to be prepared and this is just a distraction for us. We need to focus.
