How come we don't hear much about Japan & Fukishima in the news?

Well, that's sobering.

I have acquaintances (engineers) in the nuke dept (nuke dept: verbiage as technical as I care to muster), and they really pooh pooh any concerns I toss their way.
After close discussion with one of these guys, my internal questions are always;
'They seem quite intelligent, but is brain washing harder or easier when so mentally absorbent?'......
'Is this guy a narrow academic or true thinker?'

Here's another poser for me;

I'm enjoying all that I own, the moment.

The MSM is geared towards most Americans who have the attention spans of, well, most Americans.

Didn't you see the new Abercrombie catalog is out?  Obama is on vacation - film at 6!  Michelle Bachman was eating a corn dog!  There are more important things than a silly little reactor problem in Japan.
New Mexico.  Better than regular Mexico.

Not only does main stream media play to typical americans, viral emails do as well.

The "arch" in those two pictures are two different arches, some 800 miles apart.

We have lots of friends from Japan.

I hope there is as little danger as their and our government want them to think, but unfortunately I am quite sure that is not the case.

I've been following all this since the Fukushima earthquake & tsunami.  Right from the start I said all the reactors were trashed - how could they not have been?

Such a tragedy for Japan, but the effects are being felt around the world w/the radioactive fallout blowing everywhere - effecting crops, animals, people etc.

Guess the duplicitous "leaders" figure there's really nothing that can be done, so why alarm the sheeple?

It is really not a good idea to refer to one's fellow human beings as something less than human. We have found it much easier to opress or kill huns, gooks, japs, dogs...and when they are ready, sheeple, than a real human being, an equal. This is a method of mental training straight from "their" playbook. Be aware when you are being trained to think and refer a certain way towards a group and question why.

That is a very good point and well worth giving some thought to.

I think you misread me...  we are expendable, thus the term sheeple...  I don't think of myself or others as sheeple unless they are blindly following whatever new koolaid dispenser out there.

BTW, the Bible refers to us as "sheep."   [noidea'
