That's apparently called the Herzog Cartopper.  Neat rig.  There're a few videos on Youtube for it.

We had to load the Kubota yesterday (Stink's gone to the property to watch ground breaking, and potentially be on hand for any issues). I happened to watch this before loading the Kubota and called Stink over.

"We're supposed to be loading the tractor" she shouted, how does this help?
"oh it does" I replied, "oh it does" :)

Sadly she didn't let me try to see if I could do this with the Kubota.
