I just ran across this book today at the library, very interesting.

It has some good space saving ideas and many of the cabins utilize RV componets and many are designed for off grid usage.  As the earlier Amazon reviews attest, there are no actual plans, just floor plans and renderings but John's plans would be ideal for this.  Some of the plans are a little strange, I didn't know they still made curved cinder blocks for silo's and such. The Amazon "Look Inside" does show some of the plans.
The problem with foolproof devices is that they fail to take into account the ingenuity of fools

This is a good little book and the "Look Inside" that Amazon gives you provides a good idea as to the designers sense of space. As OJ2 mentions they haven't been worked up as buildable plans and many of the ideas shown would have to change in that process.

Personally, most of the designs seem chopped up and tight to me. Even a small house needs some elbow room and a sense of spaciousness.

The idea of using salvaged RV appliances and fixtures is worth consideration as the prices for used road warriors drops even faster than foreclosed real estate.
None of us are as smart as all of us.
