Some pictures of a walk we took in one of the many National Battlefields.
First, I finally found one of the firepits with the hood. I'm putting this in the barn. I doubt I'll make out of copper though.

Peter I think copper is on the way down.  Might be able to construct it with copper in a couple of years.

I like the fire pit.  The copper looks nice, but I can see where it might be cost prohibitive.  Few years back when we were looking for copper ceiling tiles when we did our kitchen, they cost about $16 EACH!  We decided really quickly to go with shiny silver tin!

Wow, Zeus is getting big!  He looks so much like the Great Dane, Hoss, I had & I can attest to the size of mines he laid
