I have been working on a business deal for about 5 days and it looks like it is a go. Where I live, there is 1/2 the lake that is owned by 2 developers. This half of the lake has a few cabins, a large building(rec or whatever), swimming pool and 50 rv sites. There is over 800 acres and they have platted it out for 200 or so home sites. There are lakefront sites also. I have been speaking to the developer and owner and it looks like I am going to be the exclusive broker for this project. It will give my business a much needed boost. I was on the verge of getting out of the business altogether, but this will be great. The market is slowly coming back here. Property prices never got out of control here like it did in other places, so there are some great deals to be had. If everything goes good, I can tell the people I am working for 18 hours a week, that I am moving on.
Just had to share, as I am very excited about the future. :)

Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

That is great, Sis.  I hope it works out and everyone gets to make a bit of money.   Please keep us posted. :)

For a second there I thought you were stuttering, Dan, then I remembered I always shorten SouthernSis to Sis. [waiting]
