Larry called tonight. Cell phone coverage is spotty there. I can'y get a signal at all on my place. He's about 8 milescloser to town so he gets a signal if h holds his left leg just right.

Anyway, his daughter is in school now and loves it. Larry's getting shingles on his 13/12 roof and ain't lovin it. ;D

He said it was coming along pretty well though and should be ready for winter. You have to admire his spirit. He decided that's what he wanted to do and jumped on it.

He said to tell everyone hello!

That's great.  Nice to hear from him.

Say hi back at him for us. :)

Tell him to keep us posted.

Peter tell him that everyone is rooting for him.  Had a friend building across from my cabin that had a stump near the house that he would stand up on to get Cell phone.  Only one spot in this radio free zone.  He was getting it from Va.  Well he built the cabin and lost the stump. So now he has a bedroom window (stumps former location) that he goes to.  He stopped by the house to PU water and was talking on his cell.  Amazing as no one has ever had coverage in this area.  He PU a ext antenna and booster ($150).  He is going to put it on a deep cycle in the house to see what he gets other than that one window. Will see.

From what I have read it will work.  It will be interesting.
