Best way to set up a sink with no running water in my off grid cabin.

I just need some ideas for setting up a kitchen sink for my off grid recreational cabin. I have no running water. What are some clever ways you guys recommend?

Right off the top of my head without a spring/gravity feed supply it doesn't give a lot of options.  IMO the quickest would be a storage tank and RV pump.  But that has it draw backs in regards to cold weather, hauling water and recharging the battery.  There are several others that have done that.  Maybe they will join in and give additional ideas.

I would get running water! Lifting water was last century.
The most clever thing I have seen for saving water is to have a double sink with a plastic
dish pan in each sink. This really saves water and the rinse dish pan can be used for plants or flushing a toilet.
We had/have a nasty drought here in California and even though our rainfall has been good for filling our water tanks it all adds up when you have a garden to water.

Definitely gravity feed if you can. Even 20 feet will run a shower.

My future cabin will have a gravity-assisted DC  pump for delivering water at the kitchen tap.  Until I have a well, which may be never, I'll be pumping lake water up to the cabin using a gas-powered 2" pump and 300' of hose.  That will go into a storage barrel on the second floor.  Gravity feed filtration into second barrel.  Water supply from there to kitchen and washroom.  I doubt gravity alone will provide enough pressure so I'll put in a 12V pump like the RVs use.  Sinks will have a drain pipe that in summer is connected to gray water French drain and in winter dumps straight into a 5 gallon bucket.

That's my plan.  We'll see what happens to it when it makes contact with the enemy.

Similar to what I'm doing @ my place.
I will have 500 gallon storage under the cabin filled VIA gas pump like you.
I will be using a 24 volt RV pump to deliver the water to the cabin.
Drains are the same, although winter the water system will be winterized and 5 gallon bucket will be used for sink filling.

We did a home up high in snow country and plumbed a separate line into the kitchen sink and it was plumbed to easily drain downstairs.
Just turn off the electricity and open a valve and leave.  It gets very old lifting a 5 gallon bucket up stairs in the winter.
