Jeff Millstein's SUMMER HOUSE plans- (not Bolt-Together House)

[lish]

Hello all,
I have been designing & building houses since '88 and love to create/ build small abodes.
One house in particular continues to wrestle within my psyche: Jeff millstein's Summer House.
This is not the Bolt-Together House he designed in the 70s.
I think Summer House was designed for Family Circle in (?) 1980.
Has anyone found a source for the plans?
I have searched the internet and come across a lot about the Bolt-Together House, but not much on
the Summer House.
Does anyone have any information that may be of help?
I am thinking of building it as a shed on my property so thought I'd reach out.
Kind regards,
lish
