Plans are drawn to widely used residential building standards, but codes and permit requirements vary by state, county, and city. Our plain-English guide to codes and permits explains how it works. Plans may be modified for your own project, and the CAD option adds the editable files that make changes easy. By ordering you agree to our terms of sale and privacy policy.
