PDF plans are emailed to you, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.

Paper plans include 5 sets and ship by USPS within 1 to 2 business days.

Plans are delivered to the email or mailing address you give PayPal. Need a different address? Email us at [email protected] after you order.

Plans are drawn to widely used residential building standards, but codes and permit requirements vary by state, county, and city. Our plain-English guide to codes and permits explains how it works.
