Optimal Size for 100 sq. feet..??/
« on: May 19, 2005, 04:23:10 PM »
Well, as a trhead details in the "land" forum.  I got my variance for my property.  Problem is I can't get the building built until late July and August finish date.

Thats too long!!  I need to get back to work so i can pay for all of this stuff!!  Not to mention my wife is getting pretty used to me being home every day!!

I can build a temporary structuire with no permit as long as it is 100 sq. feet or less.   Not much room but it will have to do for a sales office until my store is built.

10X10   9.5X12.........What do you all think?

Figure out how you will use the space and what furniture or fixtures you need; then do a paper layout.  Graph paper should work fine.

See which configuration works best.  For example, are you going to put a work-bench inside?  Do you plan to sleep there? How will the 100sq ft structure fit in with the whole overall plan for the site?

Let function dicatate form.
