Newbie from Canada

Just to say Hello! to all, I am a newbie from Canada, and I have just started to do my own designing and building
Here is my 8ft Modular Cabana which is still in progress. I have been browsing the board for awhile and the tips here are great.  Just now I am thinking about how to lay out the landscape and demolish the building next to this Cabana.  My objective when rebuilding is to do it lightweight and mobile and prefabricated.

Thanks Gary O! A little encouragement goes a long way!
And to duncanshannon the bigger project is quite something.  It's a 20x 30' that has been slated for demolish.  It is a leaking sieve, or more like a sponge at the moment, with a family of raccoons making it home. There is mold and slime covering all the walls and I have to wear a mask, rain gear when going in. The roof has collapsed and the windows and doors are just about the only thing holding the building together.  I am just now trying to figure out how go about saving the power box attached to the building, and there are connections for septic and well, however those have not been operational in years.  I am thinking about solar power.  I am wondering if I would be able to take out the electrical pump in the well and replace it with some sort of hand pump in the meantime. Until I can get the water and power going I can't stay there, not in winter anyways.  It is a painful wait through winter when there is so much to be done.
