Interesting program about heart health

I listen to the People's Pharmacy radio show sometimes.  This afternoon they discussed a cardiovascular disease prevention program done by a Dr Michael Ozner.  I really liked what I heard about his approach.  The show is available for a fee on CD, but there is a free YouTube video that pretty much says the same thing.   I think it is probably worth 10 minutes of your time.

While I have been checked and not much considered at risk others are not as fortunate.  My BIL was the walking dead for a while and didn't know it - got a big ol' operation to fix him up.

I agree with what the DR. has to say. He sounds like my Doc.
I'm told I'll live to be 100. I'll let you know if he's right.
