I sent Sassy a PM, not sure if she got it. It seems that I do not have an area in the InBox/OutBox showing the PM I sent, or not sent....Am I making any sense at all?

Go to your profile/personal message options.

Check the Two bottom boxes -- save a copy and show a popup.

Notify by e-mail can be turned on there too.

Also -- remember that you have to switch to your outbox to see sent messages. [bite]
