I just saw this:

New residential will require a hookup for electric car charging in the garage, and;

Garages and accessory buildings be included on the primary residence's electric meter - to discourage residentially zoned property from doing illegal marijuana cultivation.

HUmmmm! So I guess I can't write the electricity off for the grow lights?  Bob asked the IRS agent.......  ???
