Whats the best, or easiest way to attatch furring strips to concrete walls? I need them on the exterior of masonry block so I can attatch my siding to them. Thanks.

How 'bout Tapcon screws and a little adhesive for insurance?
It's a dry heat.  Right.

As Shelly says, Tapcon screws are good and reliable - you need a small percussion drill to pre-drill the hole.  I think a proper size bit sometimes comes in the box or specs are on it.

Another option is powder actuated fasteners such as Ramset.  They sometimes pop out rather than stay in the block though, necessitating putting in another near the first one.  Probably about 1" longer than the depth of your furring strip is long enough.  Double check their information to be sure- I'm going from memory.
