Hanger for 3x12 pitch?

I'm looking for options to install rough sawn rafters over a porch/deck using a hanger.  I can mill down to any thickness but am thinking 3-4".  My pitch will be either 3x12 or possibly even 2x12 as I need to keep the ceiling height as high as I can but am starting around 9' (maybe 9'6") and will span 10' on one part of the porch (8' for the rest).

My plan is to mount a ledger on the cabin and use a hanger to ensure a good solid connection to the ledger, the far end will rest on a D log.

Ideas?

I should note that I'm thinking of using 4x6's for strength since I don't have the depth to go taller and don't want 12" centers.
