I am new to this forum and to the whole small house scene. I currently live with my g/f and her grandfather. the house we live in now is an average 2 bedroom 1 bath.

now the reason i am here,

I am here because i would like to rebuild the house we are in now and be able to live on the property  while we rebuild. We will not be rebuilding for a few years so i have plenty of time to build ourselves a small home that will likely stay and be made into a back house.

I really enjoy reading peoples builds so thanks for having me.
