Decided - but undecided single or 1 1/2 20x30

Finallly...made a desision - the 20x30...can't decide between the single  or 1 1/2 story...

My question:  How much more either in dollars or a percentage of the total construction cost -  would the 1 1/2 cost to build over the single story (no pun intended)....?  

I see lots of flexibility in the 1 1/2....

I would go with the extra floor space. For the little extra that it would cost I think it's worth it. Much easier to put in now than to have to build more on latter.

My 2 cents for what it's worth -I agree with Jonesy.  You could put a million things up there - maybe even a darkroom
