Step 1 Complete!

We finished the sewer line, the post holes are laid out!

Hope to drill all 34 post holes with the tractor this week.

The plans are done.  We have settled on 16 x 36 with a downstairs bedroom and a 14 foot shed dormer on the rear of the loft.

I have all the "Dry In" material priced and am ready to start!

We plan on getting the posts in and the floor built in the next few weeks and I have promised my framing help that they don't have to work until the weekend after Labor Day.

The pictures and ideas from this site have been a GREAT help in getting my wife and I to finally replace our 1980 model camper on the lake.
