Should be a top plate on those walls though  ???  Bottom plate, stud, top plate and 2nd top plate installed after walls are stood up and nailed together.

Otherwise, looks great!  I don't use plywood sheeting so can't answer that question I guess. I use OSB and stand it vertical but with 10' walls I go 8' up from the bottom of the rim joist/floor joist to as high as it will reach then add another piece to get all the way up and make sure it goes to the 2nd top plate to tie it all together.
