There is a bullet point that reads: 1.   Trusses by truss manufacture. Be sure of Layout before cutting header material.

What header material is this talking about and how does it releate to trusses that are manufactured?

I assume that is a standard caution on the point loads of the trusses falling on wide headers over windows and doors. Since this is the 1-1/2 story plan you are unlikely to have headers in the pony walls. But headers on the main floor walls should be sized to carry both the roof and floor loads.
