Sorry if this is a dupe from a while ago...

Incredible story about a nail gun mis-fire... didn't even know it was stuck in the middle of his brain. He thought the DR was playing a joke on him.   

I wonder what kind of nailer and what sort of mis-fire lead to this... it says he was working above his head.
