I am working on the one story cottage and have flip flopped the bedroom and bathroom. What I am wondering is it possible to put the sink, toilet, and shower along the back exterior wall?(same wall as the kitchen sink faces out in the plans) Does the beam below cause any type of interference? Will this cause any problems with venting and plumbing through that 2x6 exterior wall for the bathroom and could I tie in the venting for the kitchen sink?

You should not have problems putting the plumbing in the 6" wall as the supply lines will be buried in the insulation. If the floor joists sit on top of the beam there should be plenty of room to route the drain lines without cutting into the beam.

If your fixtures are less than 6' to a vent you are normally fine sharing a vent stack. There may be local variations on this.
