Looks like lumber is starting to come down

I had to go to HD today to get a roll of felt and a ladderjack. I noyiced wall studs were 2.60. Seems they were close to 3.00 the last time I looked.

I planned to buy 15 sheets of sheetrock from Lowes this past Monday.
The price was $7.25 per sheet.
Along came the rain and I decided to wait until Tuesday.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the new price at  $6.50 per sheet!
The hardest part is getting past the mental blocks about what you are capable of doing.

When it gets to where I think It's bottomed, I'll go ahead and buy all the lumber for this house and store it until I start the house. My guess ism framing lumber will bottom in January....but who knows.
