Universal Cottage first floor bathroom question

I'm sorry if this has been answered, but I couldn't find it by searching. Has anyone converted the first floor 3/4 bath to a half bath? I don't see the utility of a downstairs shower if all the bathrooms are upstairs.

You could convert it easily enough and even make it smaller if you wanted to.  Personally I kept  and only put one bathroom upstairs.  It gave us more room upstairs while still having a second shower.  Plus the downstairs shower will keep us from tracking dirt all the way upstairs after a day of fun ATVing.
