Can I put my build story and pictures in the Gallery ? If so, how ?

Hi. The Countryplans forum does not generally accept image uploads so what you have to do is store your images somewhere else and link to them.

There are many free or low-cost services that allow image storage - Imgur, Flickr, Google Images for example.

Once you have uploaded your images to your storage website, find the URL to the image, and then link to it here, and the image will appear in your thread.  Copy that URL to your clipboard. For example: http://url/path/to/your/image.jpg

Then in the icons above this edit window, locate the "Insert Image" icon, click that, which will put the opening and closing img tags here, and paste your image url between them.

When you Preview or Post you will see you image.

And if you are asking about posting images to the Gallery section of the main Countryplans.com website, you would have to ask John Rabbe, the forums founder and owner, directly about that.  I think one of the criteria is that the structure is built based on his plans.

Thank you.
About images; I have images stored on Google.
When I use the 'insert hyperlink' icon, it works ok and clicking the link shows the image,
but when I use the 'insert image' icon, it doesn't work; no image is seen either in preview or when I save it.

I had a look "inside" one of your recent posts and saw two IMG links in there. But as you stated, no images appear.  I copied the two IMG url's and pasted them in the browser address bar. No images appear in that fresh window either.  I'm not sure what is going on but I believe the problem is at the other end.

This is one of them...

Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

Contact John Rabbe through this forum for that.
