Vojaceks did most of their dry in for under $12000 as I recall - seems like around $10000 - shopping hard with a contractor discount.  Jimmy Cason posted some figures too I think on his thread in the owner builder project section.

John would have to answer about his terms - usually a one way thing I believe as he can't control whether it gets copied or not after he sends it out.

If you want to work out your own materials list here are links to options:
http://www.bidshop.org/

Here is an online calculator you can experiment with: http://www.gotakeoff.com/

The lists we have available on this site are plan specific and done by a professional estimator. They are in Word DOC format so owners can modify and update the project as plans are modified or local materials options become available.

Unlike most plan houses we give you reprint rights (for additional copies) and we allow you to make modifications to our plans and materials lists without a special higher priced license to do so. We ask only that you not resell or give away copies of our materials.

So, order wisely as plans and materials lists are non-returnable.

Part of plan sales income goes to support this forum where members freely assist others and share their experiences --- but not copyrighted products or plans.
