This great little video does what a static written article couldn't do. It shows you how to control those tall, top heavy big extension ladders. The video link is either in Quicktime or Real Player. I found the Real version much superior.

Real is a) bigger, so it should be better and b) it downloads a lot more quickly so you can play it later.

So of course I've got Windows Media and quicktime.
