Sloppy Loan Sales Bite Banks In The A$$

How many times did the bank sell your loan to another bank?  Many times the sales of the loan were so sloppy they can't even prove it is their loan. 

...and they call the homeowners deadbeats.  Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black.

I have had this done to me multiple times on leases then had one of the lease companies automatically restart the lease by using fine print and rip me off for $5000.  It's called an evergreen clause and unscrupulous leasing companies do it. 

I wonder why I am not crying for the bankers.
