Do the victoria cottage plans come with a set of plans for the basic 16x28 house with no bump-out?

Yes there are the structural plans (floor, foundation, cross section, how to frame) for such a building in the VC set. It is not a fully developed and submittable set of drawings however and the floorplan is open.
