looking for free small house plans ... not for building ...

Can anyone steer me to some free small house plans.  My local muni requires building plans be submitted (for a building permit) before I can move my trailer to my property, start getting to know the land, weather, celestial patterns, etc. and think about what I really want to build and where to build it.   I just need to submit something that looks buildable ... I can submit new plans later.   It would be great if these plans are available online.  I will try to scale the house to be around 250 square feet  to minimize the cost of the initial building permit.  Thanks in advance.
