we had to get rid of saddam because he was a stabilizing force in the middle east...And all of that oil wealth cannot be plundered with stability. With war means new governments Old oil deals are shredded and new ones that favour the USA are made.

Why do you thin the USA has built a inner City in Bagdad the largest Embassy in the world...Several square miles... They have no interest in peace democracy or the Iraqi people...

They do however have an interest in getting filthy rich off the oil and controlling the regon through a massive permanent military base in the center of Iraq much like the current 60+ year military base that they put in Germany
