I didn't read the article but since it is many American corporations taking our jobs over there it seems we are educating their employees here then also.

When I was with the State, we hired a lot of the Shaw's army when he was booted out of Iran. The state treated them like royalty. They were here attending VMI at taxpayer expense and couldn't go back. Nice of us to give them jobs too.

It is my understanding that after the first gulf war we brought a ton of Iraqis over here too.  Our politicians always have an angle to work.
