Mini Split Heat and Cool

Would mine split hvac units be ok for 16 x 24 with loft?

I cant see why a unit sized correctly would not work. Do you need heating or cooling mostly. From what I recall heating is not their strong point at low outside temperatures.

Insulate and air seal the structure well.
