I found a stock of 10 exterior, brand new, french doors, from an out of business dealer, for less than $30.00 a pair.

I had planned to buy French doors for the front and rear doors (at $600.00 a pair) but now I can put one in each loft where I had planned to make windows.
That still leaves me 6 pairs to figure out what to do with....That's a good problem.

They do not have frames but I hate pre hung doors and I can make door frames half drunk on a bad day.

Now if I can just find an out of business lumber dealer with a lot of 12' 2X4's

That's the way to do it - take advantage of the opportunity when it is available.  Figure out what to do with it at your leisure.  Save lots of money that way.
