At Gander Mountain, I started talking to a VCU student that wanted to sell his almost new and fired 30 times, Savage Mark II.
They didn't have anyone in the store to buy it, so I offered to buy it at half of what he paid new. He jumped at it (Must have needed money)

I can't wait to try the Accutrigger c*

There's a lot of that half price offer stuff going around. I've run into a few people who have scored in the same manner.
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.
