celler roof/Garage floor?

Hi All, Im thinking about putting a storm celler under my Garage,  The thing im not sure of is how AND how thick do I make the concrete floor over the celler, It will  have to be thick enough to hold up a car.. See my point?   Is there anyone that can halp?? celler would be about 12'x10'.

They have a diagram of exactly what you want to do, having a car parked over a "basement" under the garage slab.

This type of application usually requires a local engineer to design it, then you will know exactly what is necessary.
