Budgeting for everything but the house

Other than the cost of actually building the home, are there any other costs I should budget for other than:

Land
Driveway (clear, grade, stone)
Clear home site
Engineer Foundation
Excavate Foundation and final grade
Build Foundation
Well (drill, case, pump, treatment)
Electric run
Engineer Septic
Build Septic (drain field, excavation, etc.)
Property Survey
DOHA processing  fees
building permit

First things that come to my mind,
- if you are building this yourself there may be cost of equipment purchases or rentals,
- cost of time off from work (if that applies to you),
- hotel/motel expense (I did two rooms for a week when some friends came up to help for a week),
- cost of flowers and other gifts if these are necessary to keep a significant other happy throughout the project,
- beer.
