Samsung Captivate with Super Amoled screen.

Former Iphone users like it better than the Iphone.

Amoled is a better screen - unbreakable even with a hammer per videos although it has a glass cover.  We are just getting onto it - Sassy got one too.  Took me a bit to figure out how to switch contacts from the Blackberry but I did it.  [ouch]

It has full HTML internet - no text only on Countryplans like Blackberry and it is fast - even has videos at full speed and WiFi on it does not count against air time.  Connect to any wireless.  Blackberry browser was really crappy compared to the Samsung.  The new Blackberry Torch was just a rehash of the same crappy internet so I decided against it.

Android operating system easily hacked for outside apps... [crz]

Google maps and navigation are free - GPS will keep the government informed of your whereabouts 24/7 ..... [waiting]

I'm busy loading tons of free applications.  Note that there are free beam and joist sizing programs, some electrical and still looking for more   :)

You're a funny paradox, Glenn. So....low-tech and high-tech at the same time. :)

You just don't look the computery type from your pics.. ;)

You're getting too high faluting high tech for me Glenn.  I'm still got my original Motorola Razr in basic black.
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

Andrew, I was doing computers before you were even thinking of wearing diapers..... [waiting]

I started with the first Radio Shack trash 80 ... I mean TRS80 and I had one of the first portable printers... printed on a silver spray painted roll of toilet paper ... or that is about what it looked like.  I programmed in basic - made a program to calculate out the amount of concrete in footings and a floor slab for my buildings.  Around 1976 to 1978 appx. [ouch]

I moved up to the Tandy 2000 and ended up getting the Gigantic 10 megabyte hard drive for it....  text games were a blast.

Motorola Razor... Don.... My wife would never let me shave with hers, and it seems that was about 6 years ago...

Oh... Andrew ... I'm not a real hacker geek, but I do like to do cool stuff with computers and phones and especially if someone like ATT puts their crappy apps on the phone for money and locks it -  when there is other good free stuff out there , then I need to see what can be done about it.

I see... Well, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. You have a way of getting machines to do what you want, regardless of their size... ;)

And to set the record straight, wearing diapers was never my idea...   [crz]
