Anybody buying semiconductor tech stocks?

I work in the semiconductor industry.  All fabs are currently at capacity, and lead times for high end electronic components are being pushed out.  Quite simply, they can't satisfy demand. 

For example, Micron, Xilinx, Altera can not keep up with demand.  Micron has their own fab, Xilinx does not.  I'm wondering about investing in fab stocks...

According to some experts anybody who invests in the artificially propped up stock market now is crazy.  Just a comment from a video Sassy watched a couple days ago.

I did a remodel at Xilinx in the south bay area a few years ago... interesting place.

Stocks look scary to me but I'm not real knowledgeable about them.  Here's something from the guy Sassy watched.

Not right now. I'm watching the roller coaster again.I'm not sure if there are any stocks worth keeping more than a couple of days. I can't see where there is any change in fundamentals from a year ago,
