I've been waiting for months for a full moon and the right cloud cover. Got it tonight so we headed for the coast.

I saw that picture on the way home from work this morning at 6:00 am.  It was setting over St. Paul Minnesota, as I was driving south along the Mississippi river.  I was thinking to myself that I wished I had my camera with me.  Thanks for sharing Peter.

That strikes me very close to home, poppy.  One of my great uncles stepped in front of a bus...

It didn't hurt me but it really ruined his day.     ....

Oh yeah, and my old dead uncle that taught me construction..... he was a bus driver in Portland , Oregon, but he'd of probably run over me just for orneriness if he got half a chance... he was a cool old guy.
