I thought it was a very classy exit by Jay, especially his "legacy" ending.  He turned it into a celebration and thanks for the folks that worked with him, and was proud of all the kids and families that he was able to share time with. 

I am not a fan of Colin.... he seems to be too full of himself.  I didn't agree with all of Jay's views, but he seemed a lot like a common guy you could go drink a beer with.  I'm looking forward to his show in the fall.

I think Conan is kind of obnoxious.  Watched the last Jay Leno because I watched the last Johnny Carson years ago with my grandpa.  I liked Jay's end with the legacy, too.

Watched two episodes of Conan.  His little video sections are entertaining, but I can't really say that I think he is funny.  His monologues are choppy and strained.  What's with the little pants-hitching-up dance thing that he does?

It appears that the Tonight show has moved on without me.  I am not hip enough to enjoy it under the direction of the new host!

I'm thrilled about Conan taking over the Tonight Show. I've already seen both shows so far and they've both been excellent ( in my opinion ).

 It took me a long time to get used to Jay even though we had a little time to get used to him because he guest hosted a lot, But Gonad or is it conehead has never held much water to me. If I want to see a tall red head on tv I'd rather have John Wayne telling her to make her shirt fit tighter

I was working my way through college as a security guard for a Beverly Hills high rise.  The top floor was a big talent agency.  Conan was there all day before he flew out to New York to start doing his show. (Late Nite with Conan O'Brien?)  I had no idea who he was other than one of the agents told me he was a writer for The Simpsons.  When he came through my lobby to get his cab to the airport, he turned and asked me, "So, any advice?"  (We had just barely said "Hi" prior to this, but I guess he had been getting no shortage of advice from everybody else, so I guess he had nothing to lose.)  I told hi "Accordian lessons," but I don't think he got the movie reference.  Anybody got know where its from?
